
Customer Portal
The Customer Portal offers an online environment where customers and clients can log in to find important logistical information. Think of results of business processes, insight into planning and progress of (logistical) processes.
Management App vs. Customer Portal
With the Management App, users can set which customers and contacts can have access to the Customer Portal. Via an invitation in the e-mail, the customer can then log in to their environment, which is fully personalized with the logo and design of the company. In the Management App you can indicate which overviews the customer has access to: Inbound, Outbound and/or Stock.
Inbound overview
In the inbound overview, information about progress and the associated documents is shared. Because this overview is refreshed in real time with actions from GreenCommerce, information is immediately available. This means that the customer always has the most up-to-date information on the Customer Portal. Furthermore, it is clear which pallets have already been received and you can view the associated documents, such as a CMR or freight document.

Result overview
The customer can view the current status of the results in the result overview. After completion of the result, the pallets also become available.
Stock overview
In the stock overview, the owner of the goods can see the information about the expected stock, physical stock and available stock at a glance. When the item is then clicked, extensive detailed information appears at both batch and pallet level.
