Looking back on 2019

Gepost door  Jill van der Knaap   op  31 December 2019

A new year is on the horizon. That is why we want to look back one more time at a year in which great developments were made with the aim of making your work just that little bit easier. With GreenCommerce we ensure that companies in the fresh produce industry can work efficiently and effectively through automation.

Receive pallets and active construction pallets in ELMO

Earlier this year we implemented a major development with which items can now also be submitted via ELMO! In addition, we recently implemented a number of new developments with which active construction pallets can be made or selected for pick lists with the type “shipment planning”. This makes the order picking process even faster.

Digital communication towards a large number of retailers and trading partners
GreenCommerce has embraced FreshBabel to find digital connections with both logistics and commercial partners. In order to also easily reach retailers, a link with EDI provider Transus is used, with which a large network of wholesalers and retailers can be connected.

You can read more about the link with Transus here >>

Data, data, data!
The correct use of data is becoming increasingly important. Your GreenCommerce is one big source of different data, but where do you start? To help you on your way, we have put together the Datawarehouse package; tools such as PowerBI allow you to get started with a standard dashboard that you can design according to your own taste.

Connecting with GreenCommerce more and more easily
Also for external parties (think of financial packages, but also other software and ERP systems) it is becoming easier to link with GreenCommerce. Due to the maturity of the API, GreenCommerce has become 'open' in more and more areas, making it easier for external parties and / or systems to link with GreenCommerce. Please contact Fernon at fernon@jem-id.nl to discuss the options.

Brexit stress? Be prepared!
In order to make the transition from a Brexit (which is still planned for the 31st of January) more smoothly, customs declarations can be processed faster and easier in GreenCommerce. In addition to this customs-service link, it is possible to send electronic declarations to the KCB via the Export package.
