How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
At the bottom of every newsletter you can find a link where you can unsubscribe. Did not work? Send an email to jill@jem-id.nl.
I am subscribed for the newsletter, but have not received it?
It is possible that our newsletter ends up in the Spam folder, because your e-mail program blocks the newsletter. Found it? Then select the message and click on 'No junk mail' or 'Not spam'. From now on, the newsletter will simply arrive in your inbox! Not the case? Then check your entered details again, maybe you entered the wrong email address. Please contact Jill via jill@jem-id.nl if the problem is not resolved by then.
