Do you work with an external warehouse that performs internal logistics for you? Are you calling and e-mailing all day long to communicate the correct information to the warehouse employees? This is not only very time consuming, but also very sensitive to errors...

If you have to deal with this scenario on a daily basis, then it is time to get acquainted with the logistics connection of FreshBabel. Recently, steps have been taken for collaborations between GreenCommerce and external warehouses. After the success of the digital message flow around orders and invoices, an internal logistics connection has now also been developed, in which many communication moments between the warehouse and operations are replaced by a digital message flow. This includes informing warehouse staff about goods coming in, production orders and shipments.

For whom?
Do you work with GreenCommerce and do you have many internal logistics operations, or have these carried out by a company that works with a different software package? Think of expected goods, production and loading. Then the logistics connection is a valuable extension for your GreenCommerce. Within GreenCommerce there is support for both "client" and "contractor" roles, making the developments interesting for both types of parties. A pilot will soon start to test the development.

It is required that your GreenCommerce runs at least on the Lime version.

What is the Logistics connection?
Companies can connect digitally via the logistics connection and exchange all sorts of information with each other via digital messages. This includes logistics messages about incoming goods, production and shipments. This makes the administrative work easier, faster and less sensitive to error.
