Developments to make business data even more effective

Data plays a more important role in many organizations. It is almost impossible to imagine life without Business Intelligence. The most well-known forms that are used are extensive reports and dashboards. There are several tools on the market that are good at visualizing data, such as Microsoft's Power BI. GreenCommerce also contains a lot of data from which you as a company can obtain very valuable information, for example in the field of finance, commerce or operational processes. Whether you want to extract this information yourself or make use of a set of predefined reports is entirely up to you.

What can we do with the data?
Ultimately, BI solutions from companies often consist of a combination of systems. Think of commercial systems such as GreenCommerce, but also of valuable information sources, such as financial systems or labor registration systems. Being able to combine the data from these systems is a powerful tool to make the right choices for your company. With the prepared financial and commercial data from GreenCommerce at your disposal, we offer you a solid basis for making these considerations.

What's new?

Shares of purchases and sales 
To provide more insight into the flow of goods, the shares of purchases and sales are included in the Datawarehouse package. The purchase shares provide insight into the origin of a batch and the sales-shares show to which customers a batch has been sold.
Together this ensures that it is possible, for example, to display all batches from a container and how much has been sold per batch to specific customers. Conversely, it is also possible to see per customer which suppliers supplied this customer.

Service groups
From the Orange release in GreenCommerce it is possible to group services within service groups. This development has also been included in the Datawarehouse package, so that reporting can now be done at the level of service groups.

Report Tags
Since the Mango release it is possible in GreenCommerce to define Report Tags yourself and link them to both items and services. These Report Tags ensure that reports can be grouped by groups that you can define yourself. An example of this is the possibility to indicate per item whether the cultivation method is organic or conventional. From the latest version of the Datawarehouse package it is also possible to use the Reports Tags in self-created overviews.

Service registrations
In GreenCommerce, a service only becomes revenue at the moment of invoicing. The services still to be invoiced were not included in this. From now on it is also possible to report based on the services still to be invoiced. This development is an additional opportunity that will mainly have added value for service providers.
