Discover the developments of GreenCommerce - Star fruit - GreenCommerce

The third quarter of 2021 starts again with a new GreenCommerce release; this time we released the Star fruit version. The Star fruit is not a mandatory release. This release contains developments regarding the link with a new quality inspection application that build on the developments of the Raspberry release.

When adding a new purchase or sales order, an extra input field is made available with which the reference can be filled directly. The reference is recorded with the order.

From now on it is possible to always generate a new proforma when requested. This ensures that the most current data is always used, so that no incidental differences between the proforma and the order can occur in GreenCommerce.

With the sales adjustment, it becomes possible to explicitly indicate that an adjustment order must be planned for transport. As a result, credit orders no longer remain in the notification screen because they also automatically received the 'schedule for transport' checkmark. You logically do not plan credit orders for transport, but you often want to invoice directly because it can also only be a price adjustment. With this development, these will no longer remain open in your notification panel.

An additional option has been added in the form where a sales adjustment is made. This allows the user to make the choice (by means of a check mark) whether a transport reservation should be used in the new order. By default, the value is set to 0.

With a pallet correction, the quantity was not adjusted correctly when a production correction took place. To fix this, a new event has been added when a production correction is made. The event is then captured and processed by the packaging service, this applies to both upward and downward corrections.

For a seller it becomes clear that an assignment is adjusted to below the number that has already been picked. If a seller wants to decrease the number of the assignment while it is picked below the number, a message pops up asking for confirmation. An order picker can be informed about the change by means of a milestone. More or less the same applies to sales order lines that have not been assigned. If the quantity of the sales order line is adjusted below the quantity that has been picked according to the shipment schedule, the same message will appear. Here too, a milestone goes to the order picker to inform him.

Mapping between Quality Inspection Application and GreenCommerce data
Within GreenCommerce, management functionalities for the mapping with QC One via the Quality Service have been added. These functionalities can be found under [Master data] → [Approve] → [QC One link]. This screen shows all items, approval codes and qualities known in GreenCommerce and the data from QC One to which they are linked. If all mappings are OK and the inspection has been successfully sent, an inspection will appear in the quality application.

Submit purchase order to quality application
It is possible to create an inspection for a purchase order and send it to an inspection application. The purchase order number can be used as a description of the inspection, whereby the batches of the purchase order lines are included as inspection lines. In a purchase order, the entire purchase order or a selection of lines can be sent in as an inspection. In both cases, the purchase order number can be entered as a description of the inspection.

List of inspection codes per organization
In QC One it is possible to use personalized inspection codes (the final grades) in the inspection reports. This list of inspection codes is entered by QC One during the implementation of an organization and cannot (currently) be managed by users themselves.

Request inspection report from batch card
For a batch with an inspection registration it is now possible to request the inspection report of the batch card. A button has been made available for this. This inspection report is then visible in the inspection application, in GreenCommerce, or as a requested document.
