We want you to trust us. That's why we see protecting your privacy as our responsibility. We set up this page to let you know what data we collect when you use our website, and why we collect it. This makes clear how we work, and how the way we work benefits you.
We respect the privacy of all the users of our website, which is why we ensure that personal information web obtain is treated in confidence.
Use of our services
If you would like to register for one of our services, we ask you for some personal data. This means we can keep our contact with you personal, and address you by your name rather than starting our messages with 'Dear Sir/Madam'. The data we ask for is used to be able to provide a service. Don't worry - we won't share this data with our friends, neighbours, or any other party. The data is stored neatly on secure servers belonging to JEM-id, and that's where it stays unless you tell us you want to delete the data.
When you send us a message, e-mail, whatsapp, or similar, we may store these messages. Sometimes we will ask for your personal data so that we can communicate personally with one another. We like to visit people, but we also like to know their address in advance so we don't have to drive around looking for the right building. That's why we ask for some data when doing so can improve our services.
Information is not shared with third parties As we said earlier, whether it's friends, neighbours, other customers or the postman - your data is none of their business and we will never pass it on to them. Sometimes, though, a different colleague will take over responsibility for communicating with you - when this happens, we give your name to this colleague so that they know who to help.
This page is tailored to suit the use of and options on the website. If something changes on the website, then something on this page might be adapted too, so you should take a look it regularly. (Spot the difference! Each difference is worth 3 points. You can send your score to firstname.lastname@example.org).
Choices for Personal Data
We allow everyone to consult, amend, or delete all the personal data they have sent us. This means that if you don't like it when we send you a personal happy birthday message, you can simply ask us to delete your date of birth from our system.
Amend/unsubscribe from the newsletter
The option to unsubscribe from our mailing list can be found at the bottom of every e-mail we send out, if you no longer want to receive our messages.
Amend/unsubscribe from communication
If you want to have your data amended, view it, or have yourself removed from our database completely, you can just call or e-mail us at any time using the contact information at the bottom of this page. You can also contact us if you want to object to us processing your data. If we don't respond quickly enough, our address is there too so you know where to find us (all of our faces are also on the Team page).
